About outcome tracking
Outcomes are collected via push notification 10 days after the last message, for matches with 5+ messages. Players are asked first — if no response within 7 days, the club is asked instead.
No duplicate or mismatched data — only one side is ever asked per match.
"Currently training" and "Still in talks" get one follow-up 2 weeks later. Maximum one follow-up per match.

Re-engagement notifications
Scheduled push notifications sent to inactive users. Each fires once per week to qualifying users who haven't been active in 7+ days and haven't received a re-engagement notification in 3 weeks.
